I am just begining LCHF diet but I am a bit confused about counting carbs. I am currently taking approx 100g of total carbs and approx 30g of fiber. Does fiber count as carb or do I need to subtract it from total carbs? I.e 100g – 30g = 70g of “usable” carbs per day?

I have bad keto breath and was wondering why it will not go away! I drink lots of water a day(4 litres per day). Does this bad breath come from the fat or the protein?
